It all starts with a dream. Here's a quick intro to my journey, from a 20-year family history in food to my new passion for baking brownies and cakes.

You might see me as a baker now, but this whole thing actually started with a struggle to find a real, gooey brownie in Bangalore. I spent months with just an old oven and my head chef, iterating on recipes based solely on Instagram feedback. If you order from us, you are not getting a factory-made sponge. You are getting a batch we have spent years refining because our customers kept telling us exactly what they wanted.

The Why Behind The Brownie Circles

I did not start with a fancy commercial kitchen or a degree in patisserie. I spent two decades in the food industry, but when I craved a proper, gooey chocolate brownie in Bengaluru, I hit a wall. Everything I found was just dry sponge cake dressed up as a brownie. I knew we could do better.

The Early Days

During COVID, it was just me, my chef, and a tiny home oven. We did not have delivery partners, so I personally delivered orders. I remember thinking everyone assumed I was a lady home baker until they saw my UPI ID. We grew entirely through Instagram DMs, taking feedback after every single delivery.

Why We Don't Use Compound Chocolate

People often ask why our brownies feel different. It comes down to one thing: pure couverture chocolate. No vegetable oil or cheap cocoa substitutes. It melts, it sticks, and it tastes like real cacao. If you have ever wondered why our brownies are fudgy instead of cakey, that is why.

Growing With You

The menu did not come from a boardroom meeting. It came from you. When you asked for cake tubs, we started making them. When you needed celebration cakes, we shifted our focus. Our Indiranagar, Kalyan Nagar, and HSR Layout kitchens are a direct result of that continuous feedback loop. We are still learning, still listening, and still obsessed with that first bite.
