We started The Brownie Circles in our kitchen because we were tired of finding dry, preservative-heavy cakes. Every bento cake you see here is an extension of that original mission. We personally ensure we never touch compound chocolate, keeping these mini cakes as rich and honest as the very first dessert we baked.
