Core Structure
- Frame: 1 standard metal ring frame (6ft diameter) or semi-arch wall attachment suited for apartment ceiling heights.
- Balloon Work: Organic style arrangement (approx. 6-8 ft length) using 150-200 balloons. Includes mix of pastel/matte latex and chrome/metallic accents (up to 3 colors).
- Signage: 1 Generic Neon Sign rental (e.g., Happy Birthday, Oh Baby).
Props & Styling
- Cake Display: 1 Cylinder pedestal (white or theme color).
- Florals: Artificial floral bunches or dried pampas grass integrated into the balloon garland.
- Lighting: 1 LED par can focus light.
Logistics
- Staff: 2 person team.
- Duration: Setup takes approximately 90 minutes.
Romantic Dining Decor with Ceiling Canopy
Ceiling Installation
- Lighting: Warm-white LED fairy light canopy covering approx. 10ft x 10ft dining area.
- Mounting: Uses wall-safe taping or hooking mechanisms.
Table Styling
- Floral Runner: 4ft to 6ft continuous center arrangement using fresh Roses, Chrysanthemums, and Baby's Breath.
- Candles: 12-15 glass cylinder vases with pillar candles (wax or LED).
- Dining Essentials: 6-8 sets of charger plates and cloth napkins (rental only).
Logistics
- Timing: Requires minimum 3 hours for installation due to ceiling work.
- Takedown: Dismantling service included for the following day.

Props & Lights
- Lighted Numbers: 1 LED Marquee Number (approx. 3ft tall) for age display.
- Signage: 1 Generic Neon Sign rental.
- Display: 3 Cylinder plinths for cake/favors and thematic cutouts (sunboard props).
- Flooring: Carpet or rug for the photo area.
Execution
- Design: Digital mood board provided before event.
- Transport: Small truck delivery included.
- Time: Setup requires 3-4 hours.

Entrance Decor
- Doorway: Toran or arch framing using heavy strings of Genda (Marigold) and Rajnigandha (Tuberose).
- Welcome Display: 1 Large Brass Urli with water, floating petals, and candles.
- Signage: Custom easel board with floral detailing.
Ceremonial Backdrop
- Structure: 8ft x 8ft metal frame.
- Floral Work: Cascading curtains of fresh Tuberose/Jasmine and Roses (70-80% density).
- Seating: 2 Low seating mattresses/diwan setups with bolsters or rug arrangement.

- Sourcing: Flowers purchased morning-of from Dadar market for freshness.
