I started The Balloon Tales on a whim, but honestly, it's become my lifeline. Every hamper or bouquet comes with a little bit of my stress, a lot of my heart, and a dash of jugaad (creative hustle). When I see someone light up because of something I made, bas, that’s what keeps me going.
