I put together some of my most meaningful projects here. From vibrant balloon walls for milestone birthdays to elegant floral installations for magazine shoots, this is what the hustle at The Balloon Tales looks like.

This is what turning 21 looks like. I created this full balloon wall with custom neon signs and personalized photos to capture the birthday girl's personality in every bubble. It's all about making your milestone moments feel uniquely you.

I love designing relaxed, boho-chic sundowners. This rooftop setup features a low sit-down arrangement with plush cushions, a custom pampas grass installation, and warm lighting to create the perfect, dreamy vibe as the sun sets.

For a 25th wedding anniversary, we went all-in on romance. This setup featured a dramatic, all-red floral runner, a sea of candles, and a custom "Love is..." photo-op to celebrate a beautiful milestone.

There's something so special about traditional housewarming decor. Here, I've used classic genda phool (marigold) garlands with delicate jasmine tassels to create a warm and auspicious welcome for a new beginning.

Celebrating a corporate anniversary with a touch of glam. This setup features a gold shimmer wall that catches the light beautifully, framed by a black and gold organic balloon garland and a custom neon sign for the brand.

A little glimpse into my world. This video shows you the happy chaos behind two completely different events in one day, from a fun birthday balloon setup to a house filled with elegant floral arrangements. It's all about the hustle and the heart.

I had the incredible opportunity to create an entire indoor floral conservatory for a cover shoot with Brides Today India, featuring the amazing Malaika Arora. Seeing my work in a magazine was a dream come true.

About Featured

People often ask if I do just balloons or just flowers. This collection shows the mix. Whether it is a 21st birthday with custom neon or an indoor floral conservatory for a magazine shoot, I care about the mood. It is not just about putting up decor; it is about making a space feel like the person celebrating in it.

When I started The Balloon Tales five years ago, I did not think I would be working with brands like Sephora or Brides Today. The work here reflects my journey from small apartment balloon gigs to styling Bollywood homes.

Every project here has a different vibe. My balloon walls, for instance, are rarely just balloons. I work in custom neon signs, personalized photos, and specific color palettes to match the person. For a 21st birthday, that means capturing youth and energy. For a corporate anniversary, it means keeping it sharp with shimmer walls and gold accents.

Then there is the fresh floral work. I am picky about sourcing. I head to Dadar market early to get the best genda phool, tuberose, and jasmine. You will see this in the traditional Griha Pravesh setups where the scent of the flowers is just as important as the look. I love the contrast of these traditional roots with modern themes like a boho sundowner, where pampas grass and low seating take over.

If you look at the Brides Today conservatory shot, that was a massive challenge—building an indoor garden from scratch. It taught me that whether it is a living room or a studio, the principles are the same: focus on the details, make the lighting warm, and ensure the client feels like the space was designed just for them. Whatever your event, be it a Poker Night, a Nikah ceremony, or a 25th anniversary, I take the same approach. I get nervous before every setup because I care, and I want it to be perfect.

I am Abeer, and these setups are the heart of what I do. I am the one you will talk to, the one who designs the mood board, and usually the one sweating during the setup to make sure every flower is in place.
