Romantic Canopy & Bedroom Decor
Core Setup & Ambience
- Cabana/Canopy Tent: Installation of a sheer fabric canopy (typically white net) draped over the bed or created as a tent in a corner, reaching up to 6 to 7 feet in height.
- Lighting: Extensive use of LED fairy lights (warm yellow) interwoven with the canopy fabric and draped around the headboard to create a soft glow.
- Ceiling Decor: 20 to 30 helium style balloons attached to the ceiling with dangling ribbons (using sticking tape).
Floral & Floor Arrangements
- Rose Petal Art: Fresh red rose petals (approx. 1 kg) used to create a heart shape on the bed and a scattered pathway leading from the door to the bed.
- Floor Balloons: 30 to 40 air filled metallic or latex balloons scattered loosely on the floor to fill the space.
Props & Personalization
- Foil Balloons: Includes standard "LOVE" script balloons or "Happy Anniversary/Birthday" letter foils (16 inch height).

- Organic Garland: High density balloon arrangement (approx. 500+ balloons) cascading down one or both sides of the backdrop.
- Balloon Quality: Uses a higher grade mix of Chrome (Metallic), Pastel, and Confetti balloons. Includes foil "Starburst" or "Spike" balloons for added texture.
- Accents: Integration of artificial floral bunches, pampas grass, or butterflies within the balloon garland.
Lighting & Props
- Marquee Numbers: Rental of one or two LED lit Marquee numbers (approx. 3 to 4ft tall) signifying the age (e.g., 1, 18, 50).
- Stage Lighting: 4 to 6 LED Par cans placed at the base to illuminate the sequins and make the balloons pop in photos.
- Cake Display: One cylinder pedestal (plinth) matched to the color theme for cake cutting.

My Story
