Standard Ring & Neon Decor
Structure & Balloons
- 6x6 Ft Metal Ring: Rental circular frame dressed with an organic-style balloon garland (covering 60-70% of the ring).
- Balloon Specification: mix of premium latex, chrome, and double-stuffed pastel balloons.
Props & Styling
- Neon Signage: Rental of generic neon text (e.g., Happy Birthday, Oh Baby). Custom names not included in this tier.
- Cake Plinth: 1 metal cylinder pedestal (White/Gold) for cake display.
Logistics
- Staff: Setup and dismantling by a team of 2.
- Transport: Included for Matunga, Dadar, and Sion areas.

- Ceiling Decor: 40-50 Helium-filled balloons with curling ribbons (6-8 hour float time).

Hey, I’m Ushma. Balloon Bar started out as a wild dream called Madcaps, with me, Nirav (my partner), and a bunch of folks who became family. Ten years of ups, downs, and a whole lotta balloons. Every color, each setup? That’s my heart out there. I don’t chase trends, I pour love. Nirav’s faith kept me going when I doubted. We’re all about moments that feel real and warm.
