Creative and Themed Party Decorations
From quirky 'Chai & Chaat' setups to sophisticated Mediterranean brunches, I love designing immersive themes that turn an ordinary space into an experience. Here is a look at how I bring these creative visions to life.
For Shabana Azmi's birthday, we designed a fun 'Chai & Chaat' party. We created custom props like this chaat-themed signpost and used elements like cutting chai glasses and Parle-G packets to bring the theme to life.
We brought the Mediterranean to Mumbai for this birthday brunch. The decor was built around vibrant bougainvillea and fresh lemons, creating a bright, summery, and chic atmosphere.
Setting the stage for a Poker Night. This video shows the transformation, ending with a tablescape filled with gold accents, playing cards, and dramatic red and black details.
A dreamy setup for a girls' movie night and sleepover party. We created a cozy atmosphere with a ceiling of fairy lights, low floor seating with plush mattresses and cushions, and individual trays for snacks.
A closer look at the Amalfi coast-inspired decor for a 25th anniversary. We used a vibrant color palette of yellow and blue, with fresh yellow flowers and lemons as the main design elements.
For another of Shabana Azmi's birthday breakfasts, we did something different. I created this unique table runner made of fresh flowers and seasonal fruits, combining decor and nature.
Table styling for a Sunday brunch. We kept it elegant and clean with a white and gold color scheme, using simple floral arrangements in glass vases and gold placemats.
*This media is also in 'Boho & Outdoor Vibes'.* The "Wild One" first birthday party was a fun, jungle-themed celebration. We used a teepee, lots of greenery, and rustic wooden elements to create an adventurous atmosphere for the little one.
About Creative & Themed Parties
When I design these themed parties, I focus on the small, functional details that keep the energy of the event going. I don't just set up balloons; I look at your space—whether it is a home patio or a rented venue—and figure out exactly where to place props and table settings so they look great in photos but do not get in the way of your actual party flow.
The beauty of a themed party is that it sets the tone before guests even take their first sip of tea or wine. For my 'Chai & Chaat' setups, I don't just throw up a banner. I source cutting chai glasses and Parle-G packets to build a nostalgic, interactive station that guests actually want to engage with.
Similarly, when I do a Mediterranean brunch, the goal is to make it feel like you have stepped out of Mumbai. I use heavy doses of fresh bougainvillea and lemons to create that specific color palette.

- Concept & Props: I source unique props like the custom signage used for poker nights or movie nights. This is not about bulk-bought items; it is about finding the right pieces that fit your specific story.
- Tablescaping: For dinners and brunches, the table is the anchor. I balance height with florals, fruit runners, or themed accents so it looks styled but remains comfortable for conversation.
- Flow: Whether it is a sleepover or a milestone celebration, I consider where the photos happen, where the food goes, and where guests naturally congregate.
