About Gourmet Dessert Bowls: A Tub of Happiness
These bowls are layered for the perfect scoop, combining moist eggless sponge with rich ganache, fresh fruit, or creamy fillings. They travel remarkably well, making them an ideal companion for a movie night at home or a quick pick-me-up during your workday.
I designed these dessert bowls to be a comforting escape. When you open a tub, you get a balance of textures and flavors that are hard to find elsewhere in the city. The Jim Jam bowl, for instance, uses a light vanilla sponge swirled with berry jam and topped with the actual biscuit, bringing back those simple afternoon snack memories.
If you prefer something deeper, the Triple Chocolate bowl is a crowd favorite, packed with dark sponge, milk mousse, and a white chocolate drizzle. We are particularly proud of our Croissant Tubs, which were a first for Mumbai. We take flaky, buttery croissants, layer them with whipped cream and fresh fruits like strawberries or mango, and serve them in a convenient bowl so you get all the pastry crunch without the mess.
Every ingredient we use is 100% eggless, so whether you are grabbing a quick treat during your lunch break or picking up a few tubs for a family gathering in Mulund, you can enjoy these without any hesitation. We keep the portions generous and the flavors authentic, focusing on what actually tastes good rather than just aesthetics.
