Baking is my way of spreading a bit of love. I started The Bake Room as a tribute to my dad, and every dessert I make is a small thank you to life’s simple, sweet moments. My kitchen is always pure veg and eggless, so you never have to worry about ingredients clashing with your beliefs.

I’m obsessed with bringing new things to Mumbai. Our floral desserts Mumbai crowd loves - especially the conesicles that look like edible bouquets. Croissant tubs are another city-first, packed with layers of chocolate, cream, and fruits. If you're into childhood throwbacks, our nostalgic cake bowls like the Jim Jam & Bournvita bowl always hit the spot.
Desi Twists & Fusion Fun
If you like fusion Indian sweets, you’ll find plenty. We mix tres leches with Rasmalai and Thandai, and yes, our gulab jamun cupcakes have the whole sweet inside. Holi feels? Try the Thandai dessert bowl.

Father's Day hits different for me – lost my dad 20 years back, but every cake I make feels like a tribute. The Bake Room isn’t just a business, it’s my heart. I love stirring up new ideas for Mumbai, like our conesicles.
