Immersive LBD Healing and Self-Love Retreats
Step away from your daily noise to reconnect with your truth. Five days of intensive somatic work, ice baths, and community support in nature.
What if you could truly disconnect to reconnect? Imagine five days of this. Morning yoga in nature, deep meditation, and the space to just breathe. This is the serene, grounding side of my LBD Retreats, where healing begins.
The greatest battle is the one you fight inside your own head. The ice bath is a powerful physical metaphor for this mental fight. It teaches you to stay calm and breathe through intense discomfort, proving you have the strength to overcome your inner demons.
You are never alone in your fear. During the ice bath and other challenging exercises at the retreat, you are held and supported by the entire community. This is what a safe space for transformation looks like.
This is what it looks like to rise above your fears and limits, together. The group hug at the end of a powerful session is more than just a hug; it's a moment of shared victory, vulnerability, and profound connection.
Sometimes, to truly see, you have to close your eyes. Blindfolded exercises at our retreats help you tune out external distractions and tune into your intuition, building trust in yourself and the people around you.
A safe hug is a fundamental human need. It has the power to regulate our nervous system and remind us that we are not alone. At our retreats, we relearn the power of safe, consensual physical connection.
Acknowledging and holding your inner child is some of the most profound work we do. Here, participants engage in an exercise to connect with, comfort, and reparent the younger, more vulnerable parts of themselves.
After serving over 300 souls at 12 retreats, I can tell you this journey has been the honor of my life. Seeing people fall in love with themselves is my purpose, and I am committed to holding this space for the rest of my life.
This is home. A snapshot of our LBD family, celebrating the end of a transformative five days. The smiles and open arms say it all.
A point-of-view experience of our Jim Corbett retreat. From the moment you arrive in a jungle-ready jeep to the group activities and the emotional goodbyes, this is a glimpse into the magic.
About The LBD Retreat Experience
People often ask if this is a vacation. It isn't. You will be doing ice baths, blindfolded trust exercises, and deep inner-child work. We are here to strip away the distractions and face the patterns that keep you stuck, so come prepared to show up and do the hard work.
Think of this as five days to audit your life. We host these cohorts in quiet, nature-focused spots like Jim Corbett or Wayanad, specifically chosen so you can leave your phone and your professional mask behind. The days are intense—we mix group coaching with physical challenges like ice baths and somatic release sessions. Talking about trauma is one thing, but feeling your body release it is where real change happens.
We cap these groups and keep the application process strict because safety is non-negotiable. You will be in a room with people who are also tired of surface-level fixes and are ready to actually do the work. If you are looking for a luxury holiday with room service, this is not it. If you are looking for a turning point where you finally stop settling for anxious attachments and start building a secure foundation, this is where we start. You will leave with tangible tools for emotional regulation that you can apply the moment you get back home.
