These sessions are not about passive listening. Expect to sit on the floor, work through guided vulnerability exercises, and engage in real-time emotional regulation. We tackle shadow work head-on, meaning you might feel challenged or uncomfortable, but you will leave with actionable tools to change your relationship patterns immediately.

- Somatic Release: We use movement and breathwork to get emotions out of your head and into your body.
- Pattern Breaking: Learn to identify your specific attachment triggers and develop a plan to regulate your nervous system when they flare up.
