What Really Happens
- Journaling, group coaching, and talking about the hard stuff—like inner child work and anxious attachment patterns.
- Sometimes it gets messy—tears, ice baths, blindfolded exercises. You face fears, but that’s where confidence comes from.
- There’s yoga, meditation, dancing, and real conversations. By the end, people call it their “home” or “family.”
- We’re picky about who joins. It’s application-only, so everyone’s on the same page and the group is actually safe.
