We started The Mindful Project because we know what it’s like to feel stuck and alone. Our own struggles pushed us to create something real - not expert advice, just honest support from people who’ve been through it.

My Story

Hey, we’re Jack and Nathan. Mindful Project isn’t just a name - it’s our lifeline. Both of us have been through some rough patches, times when silence felt deafening. Jack lost his childhood best friend to mental illness, and that pain is what drives this whole thing. We know how hard it is to speak up, so we built this space for anyone feeling lost. If you’re struggling, we get it. You’re not alone here, promise.
