About Online Yoga & Mindfulness Classes
Why I Teach Yoga Online
Yoga is more than just movement for me. It’s about connecting mind and body, listening to what’s inside, and finding that quiet space we all need. I keep things rooted in tradition, but make it easy to join from wherever you are. Ellaru banni (everyone come) – let’s find some grounding together, right from your living room.
What Happens in Class
Each online session mixes physical postures, guided online meditation classes, breathwork, and real relaxation. We’ll practice:
- Asanas for strength and flexibility, from basics to more challenging stuff if you’re ready.
- Pranayama, which is just breathwork to calm your busy mind.
- Kriyas like Kapalabhati to help clean out stress and tension.
- Mindfulness and Dhyana so you actually feel what’s happening, not just go through motions.
- Yoga Nidra for deep, proper rest.
Who Joins
- Total newbies who want virtual yoga sessions for beginners.
- Anyone trying to build a daily yoga habit but always puts it off.
- Folks with too many thoughts and not enough peace.
- Regulars looking for more than just stretching – maybe some philosophy or mindful eating too.
A Bit About the Experience
We meet on Zoom. There are regular weekday classes, or you can try my 21-Day Challenge if you want a bit of structure and support. There’s space for everyone – you just need a mat, a little curiosity, and maybe a willingness to let go of what’s weighing you down.
Ondu sala try maadi (give it a try once)—sometimes that’s all it takes.

My Story
Started yoga and Bharatanatyam at 8, small-town roots, big gratitude for my teachers. My Ajji (grandma) is my north star, always moving, living close to the earth, no fancy words - just real living. I love caring for people, especially through massage - it’s how I connect, remind myself this body is a gift. I believe in exploring, but you gotta find your one thing to come home to.
My Work
Wellness retreats & women's events - I host soulful women's retreat, wellness getaways, and safe spaces for women to just be themselves.
Online yoga & mindful movement - I teach yoga classes and mindful movement sessions online, open to anyone wanting to slow down.
Somatic movement coaching - My somatic movement coaching is for folks feeling stuck, stressed, or needing to reconnect with their body.
What to expect - Think grounding practices, yoga nidra sessions, journaling, nature walks, and soulful chats. We move slow, we heal, we laugh.
