We started this because we know what it feels like to be lost. We are Jack and Nathan, and we created this space to make sure you never have to walk through your darkest moments alone.
This is why we started The Mindful Project. We've been in those dark places ourselves and learned how much of a difference it makes to know you're not alone. This video shares our mission to spread hope, offer real support, and build a community that looks out for each other.

Our service isn't about clinical advice or therapy. It’s about daily check-ins—one short video and a text—that help you shift your perspective when things get heavy. We use a subscription model (₹30-₹300), where the higher price tier functions as a voluntary donation that directly funds our mental health advocacy and support initiatives.
We started The Mindful Project because we reached a point where we could not stay silent anymore. After losing a close friend to mental illness, we realized how many people struggle in isolation. We are not doctors or therapists. We are two guys who have navigated our own rough patches and decided to build the support system we wish we had back then.
How It Works
When you subscribe to our daily encouragement feed, you receive one short-form video (15-90 seconds) and a daily affirmation. These are shot casually on smartphones because we want it to feel like a check-in from a friend, not a produced marketing video. You might see us in a park or a car—wherever we are when we record the message.
Pricing & Impact
The content you receive is identical regardless of the tier you choose. We offer flexible pricing starting at ₹30 up to ₹300 per day. The lower range covers basic entry to the feed, while the higher price point is strictly for those who want to act as patrons, helping us fund mental health charities and keep our free services running for others. We believe in transparency, so you will always know that your contribution supports our community mission.
