- Audio Experience: Curated playlist synced to breathing plus live Tibetan singing bowl or chime elements.
- Integration: 10-15 minutes of stillness (Savasana) and gentle debrief of sensations.
Post-Session Care
- Aftercare: Specific verbal guidance on hydration and grounding foods to consume immediately after the session.

- I blend old-school wisdom and practical tools to fit real life, not some ideal version.
- We use breathwork for emotional healing, helping you drop out of your head and into your heart.
- Guided surrender meditation and chanting (like my go-to “Ram Krishna Hare”) help you ground when life feels too much.
- I bring in mindful gratitude rituals, using things like a gratitude stone or simple daily acknowledgments to make gratitude real, not just an idea.
How We Work Together
- You’ll learn to slow down, be present, and actually enjoy doing one thing at a time.
- We’ll talk about rewiring limiting beliefs, and I’ll share how I’ve used affirmations since I was a kid.
- Sometimes, we try energy cleansing rituals like sage smudging to reset the vibe at home.
