About Mental Health Advocacy & Awareness
Why We Do This
We started The Mindful Project because we know what it’s like to feel lost and alone. After losing a close friend to suicide, we couldn’t just sit with the silence anymore. Our goal is to turn tough stories into proof of strength, and to make sure nobody has to fight their battles in the dark.
How We Show Up
We’re not just another page. We’re a movement for mental health support community. Our content is made to break up your scroll with something real - a quick video, a skit, or just a straight-up reminder that you matter. Sometimes it’s a sign in a public spot, sometimes it’s a quote that flips your day around. We talk about worry, failure, and self-doubt, but we also talk about hope.
Community Is Everything
Our comments are open for you to share, vent, or just read stories from people who get it. We want you to feel safe here. Most of what we post is meant to be shared - send it to someone who needs a little mindfulness encouragement. A kind word goes a long way.
Action Beyond Words
We put our words into action by raising money for mental health organizations. Through donations and a cut of what we make, we help fund free services for people who need them. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed or alone, you belong here. Better days are coming.

My Story
Hey, we’re Jack and Nathan. Mindful Project isn’t just a name - it’s our lifeline. Both of us have been through some rough patches, times when silence felt deafening. Jack lost his childhood best friend to mental illness, and that pain is what drives this whole thing. We know how hard it is to speak up, so we built this space for anyone feeling lost. If you’re struggling, we get it. You’re not alone here, promise.
My Work
Mindfulness & Positivity Content - We share real talk, daily mindfulness reminders, and hope. It’s about helping each other through tough days.
A Movement for Change - Our project supports mental health organizations with donations, so more people can get help for free.
Building a Community - We’re creating an online kindness community. A safe space for personal mental health stories and support.
What to Expect - No therapists here, just us. Peer mental health support, encouragement, and reminders that you’re stronger than you think.
