We transform commercial spaces into soulful, productive work environments. Our design focus is on open layouts, natural light, and functional zones that inspire your team daily.

An office should inspire creativity. I designed our own studio with a statement brick arch to frame the large window, creating a bright space for brainstorming or a quiet coffee. It’s a nod to a warm, rustic style that feels both refined and welcoming.

This view captures the open and connected feel of the studio. The herringbone floor separates common areas from work sections, while glass partitions maintain visual flow. The red-framed pantry door adds a bold pop of color.

To break up a plain corner near our material island, I added a bold red accent wall that flows with the studio's theme. A beautiful piece of abstract art and a statement plant complete this little nook, giving it character and energy.

This partition wall serves a dual purpose. Aesthetically, its lime wash texture and scalloped edge provide a canvas for an evolving art gallery. Functionally, it holds large dashboards for my team to track project progress.

Behind the main workstations, I designed this storage unit with slatted sliding doors. It keeps materials and files organized and accessible, while the warm wood and terracotta-colored interior add texture and depth to the space.

This image shows the confluence of three zones: the material island for exploring samples, the reading niche for quiet moments, and the pantry for breaks. Each space is practical yet tied together by a cohesive design language.

I created this cozy reading niche to break the visual monotony of a long space. The checkered wallpaper adds a classic touch, while the whimsical dog artworks are a little nod to our team's collective love for animals.

The small details are where a space finds its heart. These adorable dog prints add a personal and whimsical touch, balancing the bold, graphic pattern of the wallpaper.

More than just a place for work, I believe a studio should be a place where the team comes together to celebrate. Here, our material island is decorated with flowers and candles for a team event, showing the versatility of the space.

We use smart zoning, such as herringbone flooring transitions and steel-grid glass partitions, to separate busy workstations from quiet meeting areas without closing off the space.

The main workspace at the Prime Ply office features a long, collaborative desk and is flooded with natural light. The design promotes an open, non-hierarchical work culture, with a direct view of the green courtyard.7
This executive boardroom for ABC House was designed to be both impressive and functional. The wood-paneled table, ergonomic chairs, and integrated audiovisual technology create a sophisticated environment for important meetings.
I designed this internal courtyard to bring nature into the workplace. It serves as a tranquil breakout space and provides a green view for the adjoining offices, promoting employee well-being.

The MOSPO office building in Bangalore features a transparent, multi-story facade with integrated greenery and louvers for sun shading. Our design aims to create a healthy and productive work environment by maximizing natural light and views.29
This is our own design studio, building 113, situated on a 2,400 sq ft urban site. The design was an exercise in creating a neutral, unbiased environment for creative thinking, with a facade that balances transparency and solidity.
