About Residential Interior Design
What Home Means to Us
For me, a home is way more than four walls - it's where your story grows. I try to create spaces that feel personal and lived-in, whether you want something rooted in traditional Indian style or a vibe that's more modern. My projects like 'Kaalam' (time) and 'Olavu' (emotion) are all about balancing the old and new so your place feels like you.
How I Design
- I mix Indian traditional home interiors with modern touches - maybe a sthamba (pillar) in a sleek setting, or classic art paired with clean furniture.
- Homes need to feel like they've evolved over time. I layer different textures: exposed brick, handloom fabrics, wooden rafters, or even raw concrete.
- Colour is a mood-setter. I work with everything from Vastu-inspired color palettes to calm, earthy hues that connect you to nature.
Not Just for Looks
A pretty home is useless if you can't live in it. I focus a lot on custom storage solutions for homes - hidden wardrobes, smart foyer units, or crockery spaces that fit right in.
End-to-End Approach
I handle it all - from initial space planning and layout to custom furniture, overseeing the work, interior styling, and even refurbishing old pieces you love. Whether it’s an apartment or villa, I’ll make sure your place has that layered home decor idea you’re after, but still works for real life.
Details Make the Difference
I love adding little touches: arches, jali (lattice) screens, wooden rafters, textured walls, or a hint of brass and cane. These details bring warmth and character into your home.

My Story
We’re Tesor Designs - Supriya and Rajesh here, and our studio’s more like a storybook than an office. Every project gets a name, like 'Kaalam' (time) or 'Olavu' (emotion), because it’s about memories, not just walls. Our own studio? No boring cubicles, just open space and splashes of animal love in the decor. Elle Decor gave us a shout-out, and that memory still makes us smile. We’re all about mixing heart with design.
