Rallies and Match Practice at Tennisious

About Rallies & Match Practice
Hitting the ball back and forth is just the start. During my sessions, we stop at critical points to analyze your shot selection—whether you should slice, hit deep, or approach the net—so you learn to construct a point rather than just reacting to the ball.
Clay courts are slower, which forces you to be patient and deliberate with your rallies. In Noida Sector 75, we use this surface to slow the game down for beginners and challenge advanced players to maintain intensity for longer points.
It is not about hitting winners every time. It is about consistent depth, smart angles, and physical endurance. During these match practice sessions, I will often pause the rally to ask you why you chose a specific shot. We look at your recovery positioning, how you handle the pressure when you are down 0-30 in a game, and when to move forward to the net.
Whether you are training for a local tournament or just want to get better at club play, this is the environment where you learn to win. If your knees are not bent or you are standing too straight, I will stop you right there to fix it. We keep the intensity high, but we make sure the basics stay solid. Come by for a session and see how we put it all together.
