About On-Court Training & Drills
Our sessions at Modern School and our Lodi Colony centre aren't about mindless rallying. We use basket feeding, live-ball point construction, and movement drills that isolate your specific grip and swing path. Because we keep our group sizes small, you get real-time correction from a coach who is still playing on the tournament circuit.
Real Tennis, Real Results
We run our training sessions like a performance centre, not a recreational club. If you’re here, you’re here to improve. We emphasize a quality-over-quantity approach. You won't find passive instruction here. We break down the contact point, analyze the swing path, and obsess over footwork because that is what separates a casual player from a competitive one.
What Our Training Actually Looks Like
Whether you are training at our Lodi Colony facility or Modern School, the routine is intense:
- Technical Drills: We don't just tell you to hit the ball. We use basket feeding to isolate specific shots—forehand, backhand, or volleys—so you build consistent muscle memory.
- Match Simulation: Tennis is mental. We run point construction drills and simulated match play to teach you how to handle pressure and make the right tactical choices.
- Fitness Integration: You’ll be on the court for drills, but we also weave in agility and movement training. If you can’t get to the ball, you can’t hit it.
Training for Every Level
- For Kids (6+): We use ITF-approved red and orange dot balls to keep the game fun while building coordination and stroke mechanics.
- For Adults and Juniors: Expect high-intensity sessions focusing on serve accuracy, net play, and rally consistency.
We are active competitors ourselves, so the drills we teach are the exact same ones we use to prep for the ITF Masters circuit. Come ready to sweat, learn the mechanics, and put the work in.

We are Pulkit and Rahul, and we’re still very much in the game. We’ve represented India at the World Masters, and we take that competitive fire into every coaching session. We don’t just show you how to hit a ball; we coach you how to play tennis.
