About Our Academy: Group Sessions & Facilities
The real advantage of our clay court training isn't just the surface, it is how it forces you to slow down and focus on your balance. Because clay slows the ball, you cannot just swing blindly, you have to get your feet set and follow through. In our group sessions, I do not just feed balls, I watch your knees and your grip, making sure you are not playing straight or rushing your shots.
Why Train on Clay
Most courts in Noida are hard, but we use red clay because it is significantly softer on your knees and joints. Beyond the physical benefit, it changes how you play. It demands patience. You learn to build points rather than trying to hit a winner on every shot. If you want to develop a complete game, this is where you start.
How Our Group Sessions Work
We keep our groups small, usually between 1:4 and 1:6. This is deliberate. It is not just about standing in a line waiting for your turn.
- Technical Drills: We break down your forehand, backhand, and serve. If your racket drop is wrong, we fix it there and then.
- Footwork Focus: Tennis is 70 percent movement. We use cones and ladders every session to make sure you are in position before the ball arrives.
- Consistency Training: You will hear me say, 'Seedhe mat khelo, thoda jhuko!' (Don't play straight, bend a bit!). We drill the same shots until they are muscle memory.
Who This Is For
Whether you are an adult looking for a high-intensity cardio alternative to the gym or a kid starting from scratch, we have a slot for you. We focus on technique first, then match play. If you are serious about getting better, come down to Sector 75 and let us see where your game is at.
