- Strategy & Match Play: We simulate pressure situations. You learn when to play a safe cross-court drive and when to go for the winner.
The Clay Advantage We train on professional red clay courts in Pitampura. This surface demands better footwork, sliding technique, and patience. If you can dominate on clay, you can dominate anywhere.
Training Schedule: Our competitive squad trains 6 days a week. Sessions are split into 90 minutes of technical tennis drills followed by 45 to 60 minutes of agility and stamina fitness. We use ladders, cones, and suicide drills to ensure you don't tire out in the third set of a tournament match.
