Tennis Coaching and Training Sessions in Noida Sector 75
From junior foundations to adult cardio drills, see how we train on clay. Whether you are learning your first forehand or prepping for tournaments, this is how we build consistency.
This is what I mean by repetition. We do this drill with hundreds of balls until the form is perfect. My advanced tennis program is designed to build muscle memory and consistency so you can hit your shots without thinking during a match.
A good serve starts with the right form. Here, we are working on the trophy pose, ensuring full extension and body rotation to generate power. I focus on breaking down the serving motion step by step for all my students.
Look at the focus on this young player's forehand. I believe in starting kids with strong fundamentals. This is a clip from one of our junior tennis lessons where we work on getting the right contact point in front of the body.
You will often hear me correcting form right on the spot. Here, I'm explaining how to brush the ball on the backhand instead of hitting it flat. Small adjustments like these make a huge difference in generating topspin and control.
Tennis isn't just about hitting the ball; it's about getting to the ball. We run agility and footwork drills like this in every session to improve speed, balance, and court coverage, ensuring you are always ready for the next shot.
The best way to see if my coaching style works for you is to get on the court with me. I offer free trial classes at my academy in Noida Sector 75. Come experience a session for yourself.
This is what hard work looks like. I am incredibly proud of my student, Pratham Sangwan, for his victory in the under 8 category and runner-up in the under 10 tournament. We train our players to compete and win.

Tennis on hard courts can be tough on your knees, which is why I exclusively run all my sessions on red clay in Sector 75. It is easier on your joints, allows you to slide safely, and forces you to develop better consistency because the ball behaves differently. Before you book a full month, come by for a trial session—we can check your current grip and stance on the clay so you feel the difference immediately.
I do not believe in rushing the process. My coaching is built on simple repetition—doing a drill until your body learns it automatically. Whether you are a beginner picking up a racquet for the first time or a tournament player looking to fix your backhand, the approach is the same. We break down your technique—grip, swing path, body rotation—and then we drill it until it sticks.
At the academy in Sector 75, we focus on:
- Clay Court Advantage: We use red clay because it slows the game down just enough for you to work on your technique, and it saves your knees and back from the impact of hard surfaces.
- Real-Time Correction: I am on the court with you, not just feeding balls. If your knees aren't bent or your racket head is dropping too late, I will tell you right then and there.
- Fitness and Agility: You cannot hit a clean shot if you are not in the right spot. We use ladders, cones, and balance boards in every session to build the stamina needed for long rallies.
If you are unsure about your level, do not overthink it. Come for a free trial session between Tuesday and Friday. We will get you on the court, watch how you move, and figure out a training plan that actually works for you—whether that is group lessons for fun or intensive 1-on-1 private coaching for match prep.
