About High-Performance Training in Action
We maintain a 6-day intensive training schedule on our 12 clay courts, focusing on point construction, tactical drills, and physical conditioning. Every player undergoes specific stroke mechanics correction and mental toughness training designed to prepare students for the physical and tactical demands of AITA competitive matches.
Our High-Performance program is structured to transition junior athletes from casual play to competitive tournament readiness.
Technical Infrastructure
Training takes place exclusively on our 12 clay courts located in Sector 163, Noida. We prioritize this surface to reduce joint impact and emphasize proper movement mechanics, which are essential for long-term development.
Coaching Methodology
Sessions are 2.5 to 3 hours daily, six days a week. The curriculum is built on three pillars:
- Tactical Drilling: Focus on pattern play, point construction, and match simulation scenarios.
- Conditioning: All fitness modules are led by K11 certified coaches, focusing on functional strength, core stability, and injury prevention specific to clay court sliding.
- Mental Conditioning: We provide specific guidance on managing pressure during tie-breaks and critical set points common in AITA Series (TS, CS, SS) events.
Competitive Development
The program integrates regular match play against U-12, U-14, and U-16 state and national rank holders. This ensures that training volume directly correlates with tournament performance. Our coaching team focuses on correcting grip, swing paths, and service motions to ensure consistent execution under tournament conditions.
