My Journey as a Coach and Boxing Official
Experience matters. Whether I am inside the ring as a referee or teaching technique on the gym floor, my goal remains the same: upholding the discipline and spirit of boxing.
I was honored to serve as the Head Judge at Cult Unbound 2025. It's a privilege to guide, judge, and motivate athletes to push beyond their limits, ensuring fairness and celebrating the spirit of fitness.
Sometimes I don't need gloves to control the fight. Here I am in my role as a boxing referee, ensuring a fair and safe bout for the fighters.

About My Journey & Credentials
When you step onto the mat with me, you are not just getting a trainer; you are learning from someone who actively referees professional bouts for the Indian Boxing Council. This means I bring an insider's perspective to our sessions. I do not just teach you how to hit pads, I teach you how a fighter thinks, manages adrenaline, and maintains the technical discipline required to win.
My path to coaching began in the ring, but injury taught me that boxing is as much about the mind as it is about the body. Today, as an active referee and judge, I see the sport from both sides of the ropes. I bring this dual perspective to every 1-on-1 session we conduct at Cult Tardeo.

- Technical Rigour: I do not just look at your punches. I watch your stance, your pivots, and your weight distribution. As a referee, I know what good form looks like and how poor habits can lead to points lost or injuries sustained.
- Combat Conditioning: We combine HIIT intervals with boxing drills. It is not just about sweating; it is about building the explosive power required for 3-minute rounds.
- Mental Toughness: 'Ziddi Bano' (Be Determined) is not just a slogan. I train you to maintain your focus when you are tired, teaching you how to push past the wall.
