Ziddi Bano: The Fighter's Mindset

Boxing isn't just about how hard you can hit. It’s about discipline, footwork, and cultivating a fighter's mindset that refuses to quit.

No matter the result, good or bad, the rule is the same: keep working. This is not the end. I will rise again.

Chase your dreams fearlessly. This video is a reminder to put in the work, stay focused, and let nothing stand in your way.

Rule number 33: Fear no one. Be the mighty lion. This is the mentality you need to step into the ring or face any challenge in life.

About this collection

When you step into the ring at Cult Tardeo, you aren't just here to sweat. We work on the mental switch—that 'Ziddi' determination—that keeps you moving when your lungs are burning. I focus heavily on technique and discipline, because the moment your form slips is the moment you lose the fight against yourself.

Boxing is a full-body workout, but the real transformation happens in your head. My sessions are designed to push you past the point where you usually want to quit.

Why the Fighter's Mindset Matters

It is easy to train when you feel good. It is hard to train when you are tired, frustrated, or life is throwing curveballs. 'Ziddi Bano' means being stubborn about your goals, not just in the gym, but in everything you do.

How We Train at Cult Tardeo

We don't just hit bags. My 60-minute sessions are built on:

  • Technical Foundation: We start with proper footwork and punch mechanics. You cannot have a fighter's mindset if you do not have the basics.
  • Conditioning & HIIT: We use high-intensity intervals that mimic the rhythm of a real fight. You will push through 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of recovery, building your explosive power and endurance.
  • Mental Drills: Sometimes we use tennis ball reflex training to force you to stay focused even when you are exhausted.

Whether you are an amateur looking to compete or just someone wanting to get fit, the approach is the same. We train to build stamina, agility, and the confidence that comes from knowing you put in the work. You show up, you listen, and you put in the effort. The rest follows.

Ram Ram! I’m Tejas. I spent my life as a national boxing champion, and now I coach fighters to punch above their weight. I don't believe in shortcuts or corporate fitness fluff, just hard work, proper technique, and building the discipline to succeed.
