Seeing students break through their own limits is the true reward of teaching. Here are the moments where patience and persistence turned into practice breakthroughs.

As the verse goes, deep contemplation can make any attempt fruitful. This student's transformation in her flexibility and depth is a perfect example of what consistent, mindful practice can achieve.

This is what the journey looks like. I am so proud to see my students at every stage: the beginning, the progress, and the mastery. Each step is a victory.

Just a 4-second hold in a handstand, but it's a huge milestone. This student has the right strength, balance, and motivation, and her efforts are truly paying off.

A 30-second handstand hold! This is the best ever for her. It's a testament to her consistent practice and the trust she has built in her own strength.

She just amazed me. This student, who once lacked the confidence to even jump, is now holding a stable Pincha Mayurasana for 17 seconds. This is the result of perseverance.

I will never forget the look of joy when she achieved this standing Chakrasana with control. The credit goes entirely to her for her dedication and practice.

In just three days, she made this much progress on her drop back to wheel pose. It's amazing what can happen when you focus and practice with intention.

This is her first time doing Rajakapotasana (King Pigeon Pose) on her own. Mastering the shoulder opening for this pose is a significant achievement.

I love helping students safely explore their limits. Here, I'm assisting a student to find her maximum bend, using props to ensure she feels supported.

"It's not about being good at something, it's about being good to myself." These are my student's words after achieving Hanumanasana with ease. This is what yoga is all about.

About The Fruit of Practice: Student Journeys

I don't just look at the photo when evaluating a student's progress. I look for the 'sticking point'—the exact moment where the breath stops or the alignment falters in a pose like a Pincha Mayurasana or a drop-back. My sessions are about fixing those micro-moments. Whether it is using a yoga wheel for deep backbend support or simply learning how to fall safely, my focus is on ensuring you have the confidence to try again, rather than forcing your body into a shape that isn't ready.
