See how we break down complex asanas and build trust through partner flows. From foundational stretches to acro yoga shapes, this is what our practice looks like in real-time.

A snapshot of our partner and individual practice. You can see the progression from foundational poses like Ustrasana (Camel Pose) to dynamic Acro Yoga shapes that require teamwork.

This collection shows the diversity of our yoga practice. It includes everything from partner arm balances and deep backbends to foundational standing and seated poses that are accessible to everyone.

About this collection

You will notice in these photos that we often use specific spotting techniques and props. This is not just to make the pose look aesthetic, it is about bone-stacking. By aligning our joints correctly, we manage weight without relying purely on muscle strength, which makes the practice safer and sustainable for everyone, regardless of your starting level.

My approach to yoga in Bengaluru is built on the belief that progress is a messy process. Whether we are working on deep backbends like Ustrasana (Camel Pose) or moving into partner Acro Yoga flows, the goal is not to execute a perfect shape on the first try. It is to understand the mechanics, feel the alignment, and yes, laugh when we wobble.

The Anatomy of Our Practice

  • Foundation: We start with individual asanas to build strength and awareness. You will see us working on everything from basic standing stretches to complex arm balances like Bakasana (Crow Pose). These form the base for any partner work we do later.
  • Partner Dynamics: When we move into Acro Yoga, the roles of Base, Flyer, and Spotter become the focus. We practice in spaces like Cubbon Park or private studios, rotating partners to learn different body mechanics.
  • Bone-Stacking vs. Muscle: This is a core technical detail of my sessions. We focus on stacking bones to hold weight, which reduces fatigue and prevents injuries. It allows you to hold poses longer and breathe deeper, which is essential for the therapeutic aspect of the practice.

Why We Fail Better

I share this journey because I believe in being real. You will see us trying to master transitions in these photos. Sometimes we land them, and sometimes we fall. My classes are a space where you are encouraged to try, fail, and try again. This is where the real growth happens—not in the highlight reel, but in the repeated attempts to find stillness in motion.

Whether you are a beginner looking to understand your body or an experienced practitioner wanting to level up your inversions and arm balances, we take it step by step. We use video analysis in private sessions to break down your flow, helping you see exactly where to adjust your center of gravity.
