Building Your Home From the Ground Up
I don't just design homes on paper. I am on-site through the entire civil process, from the first dig to the final structure, ensuring your home is built exactly to plan.
A new project begins with a thorough site survey. Here I am at ATS Pristine, assessing the plot and the existing structure to plan the next steps for construction and design.
My supervision covers both interior and exterior work. This clip shows me inspecting a newly constructed spiral staircase and the outdoor cobblestone paving work.
I am on-site to manage all aspects of construction, including the installation of this heavy main gate and boundary wall for a project in progress.
A look at an ongoing project during the civil work phase. I regularly visit the site to check the progress of plastering and structural work before the finishing stages begin.
This is a walkthrough of a bare concrete structure. At this stage, I inspect the columns, beams, and slabs to ensure the core of the building is solid and built to specification.
Here I am entering a new site where construction is in its early stages. My hands-on approach means I am involved from day one.
I am checking the installation of a door frame and the quality of the surrounding brickwork. Precision at this stage is crucial for a perfect finish later.
About this collection
I don't just hand over designs. Whether it’s a new build or a renovation in Ghaziabad, I am on-site checking column alignment and steel reinforcement personally. You won't find me behind a desk while the structure is coming up; I am there in the dust, making sure the brickwork and plastering meet the exact structural standards we mapped out.
My Approach to Construction
Building a house is high-stakes. When I take on a project, I oversee the end-to-end civil process. This means I am not a distant architect who only reviews photos; I am the person on the ground, verifying that the concrete mix is correct, the iron bars are placed properly, and the walls are plumb.
The Process: From Excavation to Handover
My process follows a strict sequence:
- Site Survey & Excavation: Before we pour concrete, I study the plot's soil and surroundings to plan the foundation.
- Structural Skeleton: This is where most mistakes happen. I personally supervise the column positions, beam layouts, and slab casting to ensure the skeleton of your house is rock solid.
- Masonry & Plastering: I watch the brickwork closely, checking the quality of the material and the alignment of door frames before the plastering begins.
- Electrical & Plumbing: I integrate conduit placement and piping before the final finishes, so you don't face leakage or electrical issues later.
Why I Only Build in Delhi-NCR
I focus on Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, and Faridabad because I need to be physically present at the site. If I cannot visit your site regularly, I cannot manage it. This allows me to act as your single point of contact, removing the need for you to coordinate with multiple contractors or labor teams. You deal with me, and I deal with the site execution.
Whether you are looking for a standard turnkey construction or a premium build with complex structural features like double-height ceilings or curved staircases, my team and I ensure the site remains organized and the work stays on track.
Tarun Mehta
I am Tarun Mehta. If you visit any of my ongoing sites, you will see me in the mix—dusty shoes and a measuring tape in hand. I believe a house is only as strong as its foundation, so I supervise every stage of construction personally, from the raw civil work to the final finish.
