Essential Turnkey (Laminate Finish)
Core Scope & Civil
- Design & Supervision: Layout planning, 2D drawings, and personal site monitoring by the architect.
- Basics: Electrical channelling for new points, POP punning for smooth walls, and minor repairs (no demolition).
Modular Woodwork
- Kitchen: Water-resistant (BWR) ply carcass with 0.8mm-1mm High-Gloss or Matte Laminates. Includes SS baskets, soft-close hinges, and Granite countertop.
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling storage using commercial ply or blockboard with laminate shutters and standard handles.
- TV Units: Floor-mounted or floating units finished in laminate with basic LED backlighting.
Ceiling & Finishing
- False Ceiling: Gypsum ceiling (Saint-Gobain/USG Boral) in living areas and master bedroom with cove lighting pockets.
- Lighting: Supply and installation of LED COB spotlights and warm-white cove strips (Philips/Wipro).
- Paint: Premium Emulsion (Asian Paints Royale or Dulux) on all walls.
Loose Furniture
- Beds & Seating: Custom plywood beds with fabric upholstered headboards. Standard foam sofas with suede or velvet upholstery.

Civil, Flooring & Remodeling
- Flooring: Laying and polishing of Italian Marble (Diana, Statuario, or Grey Williams) in living/dining areas. High-end wooden flooring or GVT tiles in bedrooms.
- Structural Changes: Breaking walls for open kitchens, expanding bathrooms, and complete tile overhaul with premium diverters (Grohe/Kohler).
Premium Woodwork
- Kitchen: Handleless cabinets with Acrylic or PU High-Gloss finish. Includes Quartz stone countertops, tall pantry units, and heavy-duty Blum/Hafele hardware.
- Wardrobes: Walk-in concepts or sliders with tinted glass profile shutters (Gold/Black frames) and internal sensor LED lighting.
Signature Decor & Elements
- Wall Treatments: Extensive use of fluted panels, charcoal louvers, and veneer paneling with PU polish.
- Mandir: Corian (Solid Surface) unit with intricate CNC laser cutting and multi-layer backlighting.

I like to be right there on-site, watching how a space actually transforms. For me, it's not just about drawings or ideas – it’s about seeing a bare apartment take final shape, step by step. I handle everything from the raw shell to a fully ready home, so you don’t have to juggle between different vendors or chase updates. Just one point of contact - that's me.
What I Handle
- I take charge of every bit: civil work, electricals, plumbing, painting, custom furniture, decor. I’ll hand over your place when it looks and feels complete.
- My zone is mostly Delhi-NCR (Faridabad, Noida, Gurugram), but I've worked in Mumbai and Dubai too, so I’m open to outstation projects if it’s the right fit.
