Modern Home Exteriors Built to Last

I do not just design home facades. I stand on-site until the last brick is laid. From modern glass walls to unique curved corners, this is how I bring your house to life in Delhi NCR.

A night view of the independent house in Noida Sector 100. The multi-level lighting design highlights the wooden ceilings and open layout.

Here I am observing the facade of the Noida house as exterior work continues. The combination of dark cladding and a perforated screen creates a unique texture.

This shot shows the full front elevation of the modern Noida home, with its large windows and cantilevered balconies still surrounded by scaffolding.

Another perspective of the Noida Sector 100 project, showcasing the curved corner of the facade, a key element of its modern design.

Discussing the final exterior details with my team on-site at the Noida house. We are getting close to finishing the facade work.

The house in Noida is taking shape. This view shows the contrast between the solid gate and the open, glass-filled floors above.

This video highlights the rounded corners of the building's structure, a complex feature that I personally manage to ensure a smooth, seamless finish.

About this collection

The challenge with modern exteriors in our climate is not just picking nice materials, it is making sure they hold up to the Delhi NCR heat and dust. When I handle your facade, I prioritize structural integrity, ensuring cantilevers are supported correctly and waterproofing is done before the cladding goes on, so your home looks as clean in five years as it does on day one.

Building a modern house exterior is about balancing aesthetics with function. You want that sleek, contemporary facade with glass walls or dark cladding, but in Delhi NCR, the execution matters more than the initial design.

I focus on three key areas for every project:

  1. Material selection: I avoid materials that degrade quickly under the harsh sun. We use weather-resistant HPL, high-quality exterior grade paints, and structural glass that does not just look good but keeps the interiors insulated.

  2. Structural details: That clean look often hides complex engineering. Whether it is a cantilevered balcony or a curved corner, which requires precise shuttering and concrete work, I am on-site to ensure the geometry is perfect. If the base structure is not accurate, the finish will never be seamless.

  3. Lighting: Exterior lighting can either highlight your architectural features or make a house look cluttered. I design profile lighting and recessed strips that accentuate the structure’s lines rather than just brightening the wall.

Whether you are building in Noida Sector 100, Gurugram, or East Patel Nagar, the process remains the same. I do not just hand over a 3D render and disappear. I am there from the excavation stage to the final installation of the gate, watching the team and making sure the execution matches the vision we discussed. This is how you avoid cracks, water seepage, and the common problems that show up a year after moving in.
