Every great building starts with a precise plan. Here I am at the very beginning of a project, reviewing the architectural drawings on-site to ensure the foundation and column positions are laid out exactly as designed.
I also specialize in classical architecture. This building in Faridabad features a white facade with traditional columns, balconies, and cornices, along with a fully finished modern interior, showing my ability to blend different styles.
The finishing touches make all the difference. I am here supervising the spray painting of a custom arched wall panel, ensuring a flawless and even coat for a high-end interior finish.
I enjoy adding unique architectural elements to my projects. This video shows me inspecting the installation of custom steel louvers on an interior pillar, a detail that adds a modern, industrial touch to the space.

I am on-site to verify that the masonry and plumbing lines are placed exactly where they need to be, so you don't run into issues after the walls are plastered.
From Structure to Finish
Once the skeleton is up, the interior work begins. I manage the electrical wiring, the flooring, and the custom woodwork, like 13-foot high TV units or arched wall panels. My goal is to ensure that the final result feels cohesive. If I am installing Italian marble or setting up modern lighting, I am there to inspect the finish quality before the crew packs up.
