I focus on functional, therapeutic yoga that actually tackles stiffness and chronic pain. We don't just stretch; we build strength in your knees and lower back while working on specific movements to manage PCOS and improve your heart health. If you are struggling with daily laziness or persistent aches, my morning sessions will push you to regain your energy.
My Approach to Yoga
I view yoga as a tool for discipline and strength rather than just a way to relax. In my classes, we move past basic stretching. Whether you are dealing with PCOD, PCOS, or general fatigue, I structure routines that specifically target your pain points and help you build stamina.
What to Expect
We train in a functional, no-frills environment in Sangam Vihar. We use shock-absorbent EVA foam mats, and the space is shared with our martial arts setup—so expect an environment focused on hard work, not a luxury spa vibe.
The Morning Routine
Classes run 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Starting your day this early is tough, but it is the most effective way to fight laziness and set the tone for your health goals.
