Featured Aquatic Fitness Classes
A look at our popular water workout sessions, ranging from high-energy Aqua Zumba to relaxing Aqua Yoga, designed for all fitness levels.
This is what a typical high-energy water workout looks like. Here, we are using aquatic dumbbells to perform overhead presses, a fantastic exercise for building shoulder and arm strength against the water's natural resistance.
Welcome to the Aqua Gang. My classes are built on a strong sense of community, where members support and motivate each other in a fun, group setting.
I also offer Aqua Yoga, a unique practice where the water supports your body, allowing for deeper stretches and improved balance. This pose helps with core stability and relaxation.
We use a variety of equipment, like these pool noodles, for resistance training. This coordinated group exercise targets the upper body and core, making fitness feel like a team activity.
You don't need to be a swimmer to join. My classes are for all ages and fitness levels, focusing on safe, low-impact movements that are easy on the joints.
My aqua aerobics classes are for everyone. Here, two members are performing bicep curls with water dumbbells, an effective way to build upper body strength.
Get ready for Aqua Zumba. It’s a fun, high-energy group exercise class that feels more like a party in the pool, combining dance and fitness for a great cardio workout.
About Featured
A common worry I hear is whether you need to know how to swim to join my classes. You do not. Every exercise I run in these sessions happens in chest-deep water, meaning your feet are firmly on the ground the entire time. Whether we are using pool noodles for resistance or aquatic dumbbells for toning, you are always in full control of your movement.
My goal with these sessions is to prove that you can get a killer workout without the joint pain of traditional gym exercises. Water creates natural resistance, which means you work your muscles harder while the buoyancy supports your weight, making it incredibly low-impact.
We structure these sessions to keep things fresh. You might find us doing high-intensity Aqua Zumba to upbeat music, which feels more like a pool party than a cardio class. Other days, we focus on strength training using aquatic dumbbells, or switch gears completely to Aqua Yoga. That is where we use the water’s support to help you stretch deeper, improve balance, and relax your nervous system.
I run these in small, friendly groups of 8 to 15 people. This size is intentional because it allows me to monitor form and safety for everyone, regardless of whether you are a total beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast. The community aspect is huge here; my 'Aqua Gang' is a supportive group that motivates each other, which helps keep you consistent with your attendance. We operate across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, with our main hub at the Swim n Trim pool in Chinchpokli. If you are looking for a place to get fit that actually feels fun, you will fit right in.
