About Aqua Zumba & Group Fun
These sessions are designed for everyone, not just swimmers. All our Aqua Zumba and aerobics choreography happens in chest-deep water, meaning your feet stay firmly on the pool floor the entire time. You do not need to know how to swim to participate, making it a safe entry point for anyone wanting a low-impact workout.
Why Aqua Zumba Works
Water provides natural resistance, which makes every movement more effective than doing the same exercise on land. In my classes, we combine Latin-inspired dance moves with water resistance training. You get the cardiovascular benefits of a high-intensity workout without the joint pain or heavy impact that usually comes with gym-based aerobics.
What to Expect in a Session
Each 45 to 60-minute session is a structured group environment with 8 to 15 participants. We use equipment like foam dumbbells and noodles to add variety to our strength training. The music is upbeat, the pace is consistent, and the goal is to keep you moving comfortably. Whether you are a beginner or looking to cross-train, the water allows you to work at your own intensity level.
Logistics and Location
I conduct these group batches at our facility in Chinchpokli, Mumbai. Because these are group classes, we maintain a supportive atmosphere where you can meet others and stay motivated. We offer memberships for 8 to 12 sessions per month, giving you the flexibility to build a consistent routine.
