Welcome to the Aqua Gang. My classes are built on a strong sense of community, where members support and motivate each other in a fun, group setting.
You don't need to be a swimmer to join. My classes are for all ages and fitness levels, focusing on safe, low-impact movements that are easy on the joints.

About The Aqua Gang: Our Community
You might be surprised to learn that zero swimming experience is required for these sessions. Because we operate entirely in chest-deep water, the pool is accessible to everyone, allowing you to focus purely on the workout movements rather than on keeping your head above water.
The Aqua Gang is built on the idea that fitness shouldn't be a solitary, boring routine. When you join one of our group sessions, you are entering a space where the focus is on energy, support, and low-impact movement.
Why join our group sessions?
- Accessible to all levels: Since we use the shallow end, you don't need to know how to swim. This makes it perfect for non-swimmers who want the resistance benefits of water without the anxiety of deep pools.
- Small, managed batches: We keep group sizes between 8 and 15 participants. This allows me to keep an eye on everyone, ensuring proper form and safety while maintaining that high-energy, 'pool party' atmosphere.
- Community connection: These aren't just workouts; they are social sessions. Whether we are doing Aqua Zumba, aerobics, or stretching with Aqua Yoga, the members motivate each other. It's common to see people who started as strangers becoming consistent workout partners.
What to expect
Classes are held in clean, maintained pools, including our primary facility in Chinchpokli. Each month, you get 8 to 12 sessions, typically 45 to 60 minutes long. We use equipment like pool noodles and aquatic dumbbells to increase resistance, toning muscles while keeping stress off your joints. If you are looking for a reliable, safe way to build strength and meet new people in Mumbai, this is it. Just show up, follow the lead, and enjoy the water.
