Four gold medals for our golden girl, Lakshita Singh, at the Asmita Khelo India Women's Swimming League. She dominated the 100m Freestyle, 200m Freestyle, 100m Butterfly, and 200m Individual Medley.

- Strategic Racing: Racing is 50% physical and 50% mental. We teach our swimmers how to pace themselves in events like the 400m and 800m Freestyle, and how to execute a 'zero-breathing' finish in a 50m sprint.
- Data-Driven Feedback: We use poolside video capture to detect errors that the naked eye misses. By reviewing these clips with the swimmer, we fix form issues instantly.
- Mental Toughness: Competition pressure is real. We train to stay calm. Whether you are 6 years old at your first Biathle event or 16 at the Nationals, the goal remains the same: show up, grit your teeth, and race.
