- Technical Breakdown: We drill the fine details of Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Freestyle. It is not just about moving through water, but moving efficiently.
- Race Strategy: We train you for diving starts, underwater flip-turns, and effective pacing so you can shave seconds off your personal bests.
- Fin Swimming: As a specialty in our academy, we use Bi-fins and Monofins to build underwater speed and power. This is exactly how our students are winning at national-level meets.
- The All-Weather Edge: In competitive swimming, consistency is your biggest asset. Our fully covered pool in West Delhi ensures that rain or harsh sun never cancels your practice, meaning you hit your training targets 365 days a year.
