Success is more than just a medal. Whether it is hitting a new personal best or finding the grit to push through a tough training set, I celebrate every swimmer’s breakthrough.

"I made very new friends and I learned a lot." Listen to Amiera Singhal, a national-level swimmer, share her experience about the friendships and learning that come from competition.

"I won first position and I am very happy for that." Meet Meharvani, one of our young medalists. Her simple, happy statement captures the pure joy of achievement.

"I swam 50 meter and I won gold and I feel so happy." Gargi Verma, another one of our past champions, shares her winning moment. That feeling of happiness is what we strive for.

"This is my first state ever and I got third in relay." The excitement of winning a first-ever state medal is unforgettable. Listen to our budding swimmers share their joy and pride in their teamwork.

A birthday challenge accepted and conquered. Watch one of my swimmers complete a 25-meter freestyle sprint without breathing on his birthday. This is the kind of spirit we love to see.

From the pool to the podium. We celebrate all achievements, including academic ones. Here is Muskan being honored at her school's Scholar Badge Ceremony. The discipline from swimming carries over into all parts of life.

About More Than Medals: Personal Milestones & Stories

Swimming at our academy is not just about lane time; it is about checking in with yourself. When I ask 'Aapko kaisa lag raha hai?' (How are you feeling?), it is because knowing your physical and mental state is key to beating your best time. We focus on that 25-meter sprint, the first underwater kick, or the endurance to stay calm under pressure, because those are the habits that turn a beginner into a champion.

Success is rarely an overnight event. At my academy, we measure progress through the small, tangible wins that happen long before you see a podium. It is the swimmer who finishes their birthday challenge, the student who nails their first 50-meter freestyle without stopping, or the athlete who balances the intensity of the pool with academic focus, like when our students receive school scholar badges.

My training methodology, which I developed alongside my father Raja Ram Tokas, treats the pool as a classroom for life. We utilize dry-land conditioning, including sand-pit workouts, to build stability and power that transfers directly into the water. For our competitive swimmers, we use video analysis to break down stroke mechanics and race strategy, but I always ensure the joy of the sport remains central.

We operate year-round at the Eicher School in Faridabad because consistency is the only way to build real speed. Whether you are aiming for state-level competitions or simply looking to master your technique, you are entering a space where effort is valued over raw talent. If you are ready to put in the work and join a community that celebrates every milestone, we are ready to coach you.
