Advanced Swim Training & Technical Drills
Success is built, not found. Whether you are aiming for a state medal or just perfecting your stroke, these are the drills that get you there.
Rise and grind. This is what early morning training looks like in the winter. Our swimmers push through the fog in our heated pool, because every stroke is an investment in their future.
Mastering the butterfly kick with a kickboard. I guide my swimmers to focus on a powerful, controlled kick, engaging their core. Listen to them share how the drill improved their endurance and technique.
A look into our Saturday session, focusing on intermediate butterfly kick drills. I'm breaking down the technique, focusing on high hips and a powerful dolphin kick, and the swimmers are seeing the results.
Kicking it into high gear. Watch our swimmers power through freestyle wall kicks, first without fins and then with them, to build strength, speed, and ankle flexibility.
A Friday morning kickstart with freestyle kicking drills. The pool is alive with the sound of splashes as our swimmers build their leg strength and endurance.

The calm before the storm. The pool is quiet during warm-ups at the National Championship, but the energy is building. This is where mental preparation is key.
A butterfly sprint challenge during a training session. Pushing each other in practice is how we get faster for race day.

Our 6-year-old champ is crushing his butterfly game. This is how we end the weekend, with a focus on fundamentals like underwater kicking, but always with a splash of fun.
About The Grind: Training & Drills
You'll see in these photos that our training doesn't pause for the Delhi-NCR winter. I keep our pool at Eicher School heated to 29.5°C specifically so you can keep working on your technique without interruption. If you’re serious about your stroke, you need consistent water time, and that's exactly what I provide.
My training philosophy is simple: talent opens the door, but hard work keeps it open. When you look at our drills, you aren't just seeing repetitive laps. You are seeing a deliberate approach to becoming a stronger swimmer.
Why We Train This Way
I focus on technical precision. Whether we are doing 'Friday Fun Fly' sessions for butterfly technique or breaking down freestyle kicks, the goal is control. We use equipment like fins and kickboards to isolate muscles, but the real work happens in the mind. I constantly check in with my swimmers by asking, 'Aapko kaisa lag raha hai?' (How are you feeling?) because how you handle the tough sets defines your growth.
Dry-Land & Conditioning
A strong swimmer is a well-rounded athlete. That is why our training includes:
- Akhara-style sand pit workouts: Building ankle stability and explosive leg power.
- Bodyweight conditioning: Focused on core strength, which is essential for every stroke.
- Endurance runs: Strengthening your stamina on the school track.
Getting Started
We offer different lanes for different needs. Our Junior Development Squad focuses on fundamental stroke correction and discipline, while the Elite National Performance Squad gets into the heavy lifting—video analysis, race strategy, and specialized Finswimming drills. We are not just chasing medals; we are building real swimmers with heart. If you want to see what your true potential looks like, come join us in the water.
