Success is built, not found. Whether you are aiming for a state medal or just perfecting your stroke, these are the drills that get you there.

Rise and grind. This is what early morning training looks like in the winter. Our swimmers push through the fog in our heated pool, because every stroke is an investment in their future.

You'll see in these photos that our training doesn't pause for the Delhi-NCR winter. I keep our pool at Eicher School heated to 29.5°C specifically so you can keep working on your technique without interruption. If you’re serious about your stroke, you need consistent water time, and that's exactly what I provide.
