This is the energy I bring to every session. Fast-paced multi-shuttle drills are key to building the speed and reflexes needed for competitive badminton. You can hear my coaching style, always pushing for more: "Chal chal chal!"

This is what we train for. I am incredibly proud to see my student on the winner's podium, taking a runner-up position at the Delhi State Ranking Prize Money Badminton Championship. This is a result of pure hard work and dedication.

Winning on the court starts with being a superior athlete. Here, my students work on agility and explosive power with hurdle jumps and cone drills. This kind of off-court conditioning is a core part of our training regimen.

I believe in starting young. This video shows a 5-year-old student learning the fundamental overhead swing. My focus at this age is to build a strong technical foundation while keeping the training engaging and fun.

A champion needs a calm and focused mind. I incorporate meditation into our training to help young athletes develop mental toughness, control their nerves during high-pressure matches, and improve concentration.

Here is one of my advanced junior players executing a jump smash during a high-intensity drill. I work on advanced techniques and footwork to prepare my students for the highest levels of competition.
