Medals are not luck. These photos are my real life, showing students who put in the work. From junior state games to senior titles, this is what happens when discipline meets training.

A proud moment with my group of tournament winners. Each medal represents countless hours of practice and dedication on the court.

Here is one of my dedicated players with his certificate and medal from the 6th Haryana State Games. His hard work is paying off.

Celebrating a doubles victory. These players are holding their trophies and medals, showcasing the teamwork and coordination we develop in our training.

A look back at some of our team's championship wins. These are the moments we train for, proving that consistent effort leads to great results.

Presenting cash prizes and medals to the winners of a doubles tournament. I believe in rewarding the hard work and success of my players.

This clip shows the intensity of a Delhi state tournament match. You can see my players applying their training in a high-pressure competitive environment.

This is Eshaan Duggal, a Delhi state runner-up I trained. This video shows his powerful jump smash, a skill we perfected through dedicated practice.

About this collection

Medals are not luck. Whether it is a junior state tournament or a doubles championship, these photos show the result of specific multi-shuttle drilling and hours of court time. If you train with me, you will not just play. You will compete. My students, like state runner-up Eshaan Duggal, have reached the finals because we treat every training session like the match itself.

You see the podium in these photos, but I see the 5 AM sprints and the wrist-strengthening drills. Winning a medal at a Delhi state tournament is the goal, but it is the process that gets you there.

My coaching style at AKS Badminton Academy in Mayur Vihar is built on high-intensity repetition. We use multi-shuttle feeding, which is the only way to build the muscle memory required for a perfect jump smash or a defensive lift. You will be on the court for hours, and you will be tired, but you will learn to read the game.

I treat everyone like family, but the training is strict. We do not just do rallies. We focus on biomechanics, which means fixing your arm rotation and your footwork until it is second nature. Whether you are a kid starting your first tournament or an adult looking to sharpen your game, the standard remains the same. If you are serious about winning, come join us for a session.
