You won't find mass-produced, bland food here. When I cater a party, I handle the preparation from scratch—whether it's the base for my Methi Mutter Malai or the batter for the live Dosa counter. It takes more effort in the kitchen, but it ensures that the food your guests eat tastes like it was cooked in a home kitchen, not a factory.

My goal is simple: serve food that people actually want to talk about after the party ends. I focus on high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques, whether we are preparing a full-scale wedding buffet in Bangalore or a smaller house warming gathering.
