About this collection

I do not believe in bringing pre-cooked food in boxes for live counters. My team brings raw ingredients, fresh masalas, and our mobile tandoors to your venue. Whether it is the crispy crunch of a Mulbagal dosa or the smoky finish on paneer tikka, we prepare every plate right in front of your guests, ensuring the food is hot the moment it hits their plate.

Why Live Matters

When we set up a live counter, the food becomes part of the event's energy. It is not just about eating, it is about the smell of the charcoal in the tandoor and the sight of a dosa being poured perfectly thin on the cast iron pan. My team loves the bustle of a live station because it allows us to control the quality and temperature of every serving. If a guest asks for extra spicy chutney or a softer naan, we can do it on the spot.

What We Set Up

  • The Tandoor Station: We bring our portable tandoors to grill paneer tikka, hara bhara kababs, and other starters. You get that authentic smoky flavor that simple oven-baked food just cannot match.
  • Dosa & Chaat Counters: From our traditional Mulbagal dosas served on hot plates to street-style pani puri and papdi chaat, these stations are always the busiest spots at any wedding or housewarming.
  • International Live Stations: For cocktail parties or corporate events, we set up live pasta tossing and Chinese wok stations, where guests can choose their own vegetables and sauces.

The Logistics

We handle all the setup, from the gas connections to the cutlery and tablecloths. Our team remains in uniform and keeps the counter area clean throughout the event. All you need to provide is the space and the electricity points. We work across Bengaluru, and we are happy to travel to events in Mysuru, Chennai, Puducherry, and Gujarat if you want our specific style of catering.
