- Welcome Drink: 1 variety (Fruit Squash or Jaljeera) served in 200ml glass tumblers.
- Starter: 1 variety. Deep fried snack like Gobi Manchurian (Dry) or Veg Crispy (3 to 4 pieces).
- Chaat: 1 pre-plated variety (Dahi Papdi Chat or Masala Puri).
Main Course
- Vegetable Gravy: 1 variety. Seasonal Mix Veg Kadai or Aloo Mutter.
- Dry Sabji: 1 variety. Aloo Jeera or Gobi Masala.
- Dal: Yellow Dal Fry with tadka.

For me, food is more than just taste - it’s about memories. I started with basic home recipes, like palak saag bhaat from Bihar, and now create wedding menus where every dish means something. On your wedding day, I want your guests to remember the food as much as the celebrations.

No matter if it’s a small sangeet, mehendi, or the big wedding reception - I customize everything. You can go with a huge North Indian buffet, a pure South Indian sit-down meal on banana leaves, or a mix. Want something hatke (unique)? Let’s add a custom wedding food menu with a twist from Continental or live chaat stations.

Namaste, I’m Shekhar from Sukhdev Caterers. Cooking? It’s my jaan (life). Started this because I wanted every party, shaadi, or choti gathering to have food that people remember. Sometimes we’re sweating at a wedding, sometimes juggling plates at a birthday, but my team’s energy makes it fun. Kaam mein maza hai (work is fun), even when it’s tough.
