Our senior fitness classes are all about adding life to years, not just years to life. This video highlights some of the exercises we do, from assisted strength training to partner-based balance work. We create a safe and encouraging environment where our senior members can thrive.
About Senior Fitness & Wellness
We keep our batches small and supportive so every movement is safe, focusing on functional fitness, balance, and muscle endurance rather than high-intensity gym routines. We use resistance bands and aerobic steppers during these morning sessions, pairing physical activity with a social atmosphere to ensure you leave feeling energized, not exhausted.
Our 'Dance Fit Bachhe' program is built on the belief that fitness is for life. We run 12 sessions every month, specifically scheduled on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. This consistency helps build a routine that actually sticks, rather than one you dread.

Our Facility
We know that comfort matters. Our studio in Andheri East features laminate wooden flooring, which is much kinder to the knees and joints than concrete or tiled gym floors. The space is fully air-conditioned, and we have a changing area and filtered water available, so you just need to bring your enthusiasm. Whether you are looking for assisted stretching or low-impact strength training, everything here is designed with your comfort and safety in mind.
