Why We Move
We started this studio because we felt Bombay needed a place that was less about mirrors and more about memories. Our classes are designed for real people: beginners who think they have two left feet, seniors who want to stay active, and anyone tired of the repetitive grind at a standard gym.
Our Core Programs
- Bollywood Fitness & Zumba: These are our jam sessions. We run monthly 2x weekly batches where we focus on cardio and rhythm. It is not about perfect steps—it is about keeping the energy high for the full 60 minutes.
- Dance Fit Bachhe: This is our pride and joy. Our senior wellness program runs 3x weekly and focuses on functional mobility, balance, and strength. We use resistance bands, steppers, and guided movements to help our seniors stay sharp and connected.
- Workshops: Once in a while, we host 2-hour intensive choreography workshops. These are perfect if you want to learn a specific routine to a trending song under the spotlight, get some practice in, and maybe record a fun performance piece.
Practical Details
- Location: We are based in Andheri East. Our facility includes centralized air conditioning, full-length mirrors for form check, and a high-bass sound system.
- Booking: Our batches are capped at 15 people to ensure everyone gets enough space and attention. If you are looking to join a regular batch or drop in for a single workshop, reach out to us early, as our slots do get claimed quickly.
