We do not care if you have two left feet. Our Bollywood classes are designed to be a stress-buster, not a performance trial. You will find our students just letting loose, sweating, and laughing, which is exactly why our sessions feel more like a fun jam session than a strict workout.
We focus entirely on mood elevation and functional movement. Our Bollywood fitness batches are all about letting go of the workday stress through rhythm and cardio. You get 8 sessions per month, scheduled every Monday and Wednesday, in a 60-minute format that gets your heart rate up without feeling like a chore.
The setup matters for your joints and your vibe. We have laminate wooden flooring that is gentle on your knees, centralized air conditioning to keep you cool through the sweat, and a professional sound system so you can really feel those Bollywood beats.
Why do our students keep coming back? It is the 'ekdam mast' atmosphere. We keep our batches between 10 to 15 people so you actually get the space to move and connect with the group.
